Yellowstone National Park 2015!

Quick camping trip to Yellowstone! Easy two-day drive from Seattle to one of many tent camping sites in the park. What truly awesome sights abound, including the Old Faithful Geyser which went off 5 minutes after sunset. I met a Grizzly bear as he foraged in an open meadow digging and looking for food. This bear was dark colored but definitely a Grizzly due to the hump on the back. He looked at the tourists for a few moments and surveyed those watching him, then went back to his activities while loping back into the woods. This was a good thing as the park rangers riding in an emergency vehicle arrived because of the bear being so close to the road filled with tourists. This Grizzly had a radio collar on and was apparently being tracked.
